1 Min Read Communication equipment firm Avantel has received a ₹117.88 crore contract from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), under the Ministry of Defence, for the development, installation and commissioning of a ground segment hub for voice and data communication, the company said on Saturday (August 29). Avantel is required to complete the work by February 2029, according to the filing. The contract carries a warranty period of 36 months.
