BEML wins Rs 180 crore Vande Bharat sleeper order
According to a filing with the exchange on Wednesday, the company said that it secured an additional order for manufacturing and supply of Vande Bharat (Sleeper) trainsets valued at about Rs 180.60 crore from Integral Coach Factory. The latest order comes as the Vande Bharat platform expands into sleeper services, marking a significant step in the evolution of the train programme from premium day travel towards longer-distance overnight connectivity, the report further said.

Bengaluru-based BEML is expecting a stronger performance in FY27, with Chairman and Managing Director Shantanu Roy projecting around 30% revenue growth for the year. The company expects the momentum seen in the first quarter to continue through the rest of the year, supported by a pick-up in rail and metro orders, steady defence demand and improving execution. On the order front, BEML is targeting around ₹20,000 crore of order inflows in FY27, subject to the finalisation of key tenders.

BEML wins $6.65 million Mauritius order for hydraulic excavators
2 Min Read State-owned BEML Ltd on Friday (August 14) said it has received an order valued at $6.65 million from Mauritius for the supply of BE220G Hydraulic Excavators for deployment across key African markets. The equipment will be deployed across Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Côte d'Ivoire and neighbouring countries. The order will be executed in phases, with pilot deployment beginning in Sierra Leone.
