State-owned Cochin Shipyard reported a 19.36 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at ₹151.45 crore for the June quarter due to lower revenue across both shipbuilding and ship-repair segments. It had clocked ₹187.82 crore profit in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's total income rose to ₹1,161.25 crore in the reported quarter, from ₹1,122.92 crore in the April-June quarter of FY26.
