DLF Q1 profit up, new sales bookings strong
3 Min Read Realty major DLF Ltd on Monday (August 3) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹793.9 crore for the first quarter, up 4.1% from ₹762.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue declined 52.9% year-on-year to ₹1,280.3 crore from ₹2,716.7 crore in Q1 FY26. The company's EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) fell 58.7% to ₹150.3 crore from ₹364.2 crore in the year-ago quarter.
