As many as 9.15 crore shares worth ₹2,253 crore of EPL changed hands at ₹246 per share in a block deal window on Tuesday, September 1, as per the data available. In the pre-market block deal window, 24.5 lakh shares of EPL changed hands in two block deals.
EPL raises revenue growth guidance to high teens
Hemant Bakshi, MD & Global CEO of EPL, has raised the company's near-term revenue growth guidance from low double digits to high teens, after the April-June quarter of 2026 (Q1FY27) in which revenue grew 25%. He said EPL has successfully passed on the additional costs arising from the West Asia crisis and expects to maintain underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) margin of around 20%.
