HCC Q2 profit slumps 53% to Rs 22 crore
The company had logged a net profit of Rs 47.78 crore in the year-ago period, HCC said in a regulatory filing. Income declined to Rs 925.15 crore from Rs 983.25 crore a year ago. Expenses also fell to Rs 889.98 crore from Rs 938.72 crore.

3 Min Read Hindustan Construction Company Ltd on Thursday (September 17) said its wholly owned subsidiary HCC Infrastructure Company Ltd (HICL) has approved a proposal to incorporate a public limited company jointly with Ceigall India Ltd, with HCC Infrastructure Company set to hold 51% of the new entity. The proposed company will be incorporated in India under the name HC Concessions Ltd, or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

2 Min Read Infrastructure major Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) on Thursday (August 6) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹51.08 crore for the first quarter of FY27, up 0.69% from ₹50.73 crore in the corresponding period last year. Consolidated revenue from operations declined 9% year-on-year to ₹993.4 crore, compared with ₹1,091.3 crore a year earlier.
