The ongoing tensions in West Asia has not dimmed the order inflow for Larsen & Toubro, with the company winning contracts worth over ₹50,000 crore across hydrocarbon, renewables, and transport segments from the region in a month. Its latest order, announced on Tuesday, deals with the development of three battery energy storage system (BESS) projects for “a notable client in the Middle East”. The contract is valued in the ₹5,000-10,000 crore range.
