MIDHANI secures GE Aerospace S400 lab approval
Hyderabad-based defence public-sector undertaking Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd., or MIDHANI, said Thursday that it had become the first Indian company to secure S400 approval from aircraft-engine maker GE Aerospace for its metallic-material testing laboratory. “MIDHANI has become the first company in India to secure Independent and International Metallic Material Laboratory (S400) approval for a wide range of chemical, mechanical and metallurgical testing,” the company said in a statement.
