Moneyview raises ₹327.5cr from anchor investors pre-IPO
Digital lending platform Moneyview on Wednesday raised ₹327.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of the opening of its ₹1,092-crore initial public offering (IPO). The company allotted 9.63 crore equity shares to 20 funds at ₹34 apiece, the upper end of the IPO price band, according to a circular uploaded on stock exchanges.
Moneyview pays CEO Rs 160cr incentive, FY26 profit drops 30%
The company in its IPO papers said the one time incentive was disclosed as an exceptional item in its financial statements for FY26. Accordingly, its expenses increased and profit decreased by nearly Rs 120 crore, representing more than 30% of the firm’s profit for the year before exceptional items. “This one-time performance-based incentive has been factored into the pre-offer net worth of our company and does not impact the objects of the offer,” Moneyview clarified.
Moneyview sets IPO price band at ₹32-34 per share
Moneyview Limited, one of India’s largest digital lending platforms, has fixed its initial public offering price band at ₹32 to ₹34 per equity share, with the issue opening for public subscription on September 24, 2026, and closing on September 28, 2026. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for September 23.

Moneyview, backed by Accel, is pursuing an India IPO at a trimmed valuation of $624 million. The fintech firm has filed updated terms for its public offering, scaling back its earlier valuation expectations. The IPO is now moving toward the pricing and subscription stage.
