SAT dismisses Omaxe appeal against SEBI order
The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), on Tuesday, dismissed an appeal filed by realty firm Omaxe against a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) order relating to alleged irregularities in the company’s financial statements. The matter goes back to July 2024, when the markets regulator had barred Omaxe, its chairman Rohtas Goel, managing director Mohit Goel and three other entities from accessing the securities market for two years.
