Smartworks invests ₹600 crore in FY27 expansion
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd will invest around ₹600 crore this fiscal in its existing and upcoming centres as part of its expansion plan to meet rising demand for managed workspace. Gurugram-based listed realty firm Smartworks, which has a portfolio of 16.9 million square feet of office space across 70 centres in 15 cities across India and Singapore, posted a total revenue of ₹1,850 crore in 2025-26.

Smartworks rents L&T Technology Services 1,100 desks
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd on Monday said it has leased over 1,100 desks at its Pune facility to L&T Technology Services and the company expects a rental income of ₹55 crore over a five-year tenure. In a regulatory filing, the company informed it has "expanded engagement with L&T Technology Services through the addition of over 1,100 seats in Pune." Smartworks has now provided over 2,750 seats to L&T Technology Services across many cities.
